Lani Cathey

Craig Foos, CEO

Craig brings 20+ years of experience focused mostly on technology in regulated industries—financial services, healthcare, and insurance—with a track record of driving growth, building operational excellence, and scaling organizations.

Craig is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering value to customers, and leading with integrity. Before joining Dyad, he spent eight years at Serent Capital, where he led their portfolio operations team and served as CEO of Compeat, a portfolio company. He also held executive roles including COO of Integra Partners, a healthcare Insurtech platform. Earlier in his career, Craig worked at Bain & Company and served in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he led engineering teams on science research missions in Antarctica and the Arctic.

Craig holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.A. from Georgetown University, and a B.S. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

When he’s not working, Craig enjoys time with his wife and their growing family in Pittsburgh, PA—usually chasing their four kids around the backyard or on the ski slopes.

Krista Weaver

Krista Weaver, President & COO

Krista Weaver, President and Chief Operating Officer of Dyad, boasts an impressive 25-year career blending expertise in software and services.

As President and COO, Krista works in concert with the executive team to define the strategy for the organization and translate that strategy into execution across the global entity. She is passionate about delivering customer value and ensuring Dyad employees enjoy a rewarding team-based atmosphere incorporating innovation, a results-oriented mindset, and fun.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Krista enjoys spending time with family, including two lovable golden retrievers, cultivating her passion for cooking by trying new recipes, traveling, and soaking up the sun in a sleepy seaside town.

Gaurav

Gaurav Mehra, President & CDO

Gaurav Mehra, President and Chief Delivery Officer at Dyad, brings more than 20 years of experience in software and services, provides leadership and direction to multiple software engineering teams within Dyad.

Ryan Bosworth

Ryan Bosworth, CSO

Ryan Bosworth, Chief Sales Officer at Dyad, brings over two decades of experience in customer-focused roles and revenue generation within the insurance industry.

With his extensive background in revenue-driving and customer-centric roles, Ryan has worked closely with various players in the insurance industry, including Carriers, MGA/Wholesalers, and Independent Agencies. Ryan’s family background in insurance instilled in him the values of tenacity in sales and building strong client relationships. He has a proven track record of expanding sales teams and leading effective go-to-market strategies in the insurance sector.

Ryan holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Jeff Wargin

Jeff Wargin, CPO

Jeff serves as the Chief Product Officer at Dyad where he leads the development and refinement of Dyad’s product vision, strategies and roadmaps for its products serving the distribution and underwriting markets.

Full Bio

Prior to Dyad, Jeff spent over 25 years in the P&C Insurance software market, focused on bringing innovative, valuable products and solutions to insurers and others in the value chain. Most of his time in the market was spent working with carriers in the core systems space with a large chunk of that at Duck Creek Technologies leading their product team. Jeff is originally from Chicago, but currently lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife.

Jeff Wargin

Pete Wilding, CTO

Pete Wilding, Dyad’s Chief Technology Officer, has spent over 25 years leading enterprise software development across multiple geographies, clouds, and technologies.

Pete’s background includes managing multi-million dollar cloud operations, M&A integrations, and cloud transformations. He has held leadership roles in both early-stage and mature SaaS companies, with deep experience in agile delivery and DevSecOps

Pete is passionate about building resilient software organizations, mentoring teams, and delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions. He is an avid skier and enjoys living in Washington, DC, with his wife and three kids.

Jeff “JP” Price, CFO

As Dyad’s Chief Financial Officer, JP Price brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to financial management, overseeing corporate finance, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.

JP Price is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience leading high-growth organizations through strategic transformation and operational scale.

Prior to his current role, JP served in senior financial leadership positions at Nextech and SambaSafety, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing financial operations, and executing successful mergers and acquisitions. His leadership was instrumental in aligning financial strategy with business objectives, enabling both companies to expand market share and enhance enterprise value.

Throughout his career, JP has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement scalable financial systems, and foster transparency across the organization and with the board of directors.

Jose Rivera, Director, Solution Consulting and Partnerships

Jose Rivera, CIC, ARM, AIS, is Dyad’s Director of Solution Consulting and Partnerships. Jose assists agencies, MGAs/MGUs, and wholesalers by evaluating their business needs and aligning solutions that resolve complex business challenges, enable digital transformation, and expand automation across various operational areas.

Jose also manages our Partner Program, working with our technology partners to offer our customers and their customers access to best-in-class technology across the entire distribution channel. His diverse career spans agencies, carriers, and technology solution providers. Jose holds professional insurance designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).

He is a licensed insurance agent in Florida and a proud United States Army veteran.

Chirag Choski

Chirag Choksi, Senior Director, Solution Consulting

Chirag Choksi is the Senior Director, Solution Consulting for Dyad. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Chirag uses his techno-functional background by focusing on consulting our clients on solutions to increase their efficiency and optimize results.

He works closely with the product teams to drive overall product strategy. Chirag has been part of the P&C insurance technology community since he completed his Master’s over 20 years ago. In those twenty years, he has held varied roles that include system database administration, implementation services, account management, and sales support.

In his spare time, he coaches groups, associations, and companies on Stress Management. He is a foodie and loves to travel.
