• A seamless integration between Nexsure and the Vodex Communications VoIP phone system
• Once integrated, Nexsure logs all incoming and outgoing phone calls and allows users to initiate calls from within Nexsure itself.
• Incoming phone numbers are matched to client records in Nexsure, so users know exactly who is calling before picking up the phone.
• On the Nexsure Dashboard, the sending employee will receive an alert when a phone call has been logged and can create a delivery, initiate a return phone call, or create an action that is associated with the call for logging and follow-up purposes.
